Your registration is non-refundable once purchased. Cancellations of your travel and/or hotel reservations are your own responsibility. Please note, that if you can't attend for any reason you are responsible to cancel your room and flights.
We’re happy for you to transfer your registration to someone else, but you must let us know as soon as possible. Unless there are very good reasons, we cannot accept transfer of registration after 25th February 2016.
If you require a transferral of your registration, please contact me right away so that I can help, and keep our registrations up to date.
Once you register, you automatically give us your permission to use any photography or video taken on the day. We also reserve the right to use any event-related tweets, quotes or feedback you might give in future material, fully credited of course.
Both the event venue and this website consider all users, regardless of ability. With regard to the venue, you must inform us of any disability requirements when you register. For further information please read our accessibility policy.

Note that by attending any of our events - workshops and conference events, you are agreeing to our code of conduct.
Although we make every effort to nail our speaker list and the event schedule, circumstances are sometimes beyond our control. All speakers and scheduling are subject to change without notice.
The organiser can change the date of the event or cancel the event due to low numbers of registrations. If the event is cancelled any registered attendee gets back the full entrance fee. If a part of your registration – e. g. a workshop – is not taking place you get back the fee for the booked part, excluding the fee for the parts you still attend. Further claims against the organiser are not possible. Any fees incurred by cancellations of related commitments, including but not limited to travel and hotel reservations, cannot be paid by Gavin Elliott or Industry Conf and are your responsibility. In case that a trainer is not able to give the workshop, the organiser has the right to find an adequate replacement.
