If for any reason you cannot attend, you’ll need to inform us no later than 26th August 2012 to claim a full refund. Sorry, but we cannot issue refunds after this date. Cancellations of your travel and/or hotel reservations are your own responsibility. Please notice, that if you can’t attend for any reason you are responsible to cancel your room and flights.
We’re happy for you to transfer your registration to someone else, but you must let us know as soon as possible. Unless there are very good reasons, we cannot accept transfer of registration after 12th August 2012.
If you require a refund, or have transferred your registration, please contact us right away so that we can help, and keep our registrations up to date.
Once you register, you automatically give us your permission to use any photography or video taken on the day. We also reserve the right to use any event-related tweets, quotes or feedback you might give in future material, fully credited of course.
Both the event venue and this website consider all users, regardless of ability. With regard to the venue, you must inform us of any disability requirements when you register. For further information please read our accessibility policy.
The organiser can change the date of the event or cancel the event due to low numbers of registrations. If the event is cancelled any registered attendee gets back the full entrance fee. If a part of your registration – e. g. a workshop – is not taking place you get back the fee for the booked part, excluding the fee for the parts you still attend. Further claims against the organiser are not possible. In case that a trainer is not able to give the workshop, the organiser has the right to find an adequate replacement.
